“I am a firm believer that if you are passionate about what you do, it will lead to exceptional work. I happen to be very passionate about personal injury law, mainly because it gives me the opportunity to help people when they need it most.”
I am a 4th generation personal injury trial lawyer and litigator specialized in representing individuals who have suffered traumatic and catastrophic injuries due to the negligence or misconduct of others. I have been recognized as one of the top personal injury attorneys in Massachusetts. Over the past decade, I have recovered over $38,000,000 in verdicts and settlements for clients with serious injuries involving motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, and other incidents. I have a focus on representing children who have suffered injuries involving day care centers, dog bites, amusement parks, sports activities, and defective products. We are a husband-wife law firm that understands the impact emotional and physical trauma can have on a child, which we have especially gained through our experience as foster parents and having cared for over 40 children.
A few of our representative child injury cases have included: a student injured in woodshop class at a vocational technical school; wrongful death of an infant at a day care center; toddler with a finger amputation due to a defective bicycle; traumatic brain injury of a teenager driving a go-kart at an amusement park; permanent facial scarring and post-traumatic stress disorder of a child attacked by an unleashed dog; and a severe hand injury of a teenager due to a negligently installed outdoor ice hockey rink. I have also obtained substantial recoveries for adults who have suffered herniated discs and other spinal cord injuries from car accidents, torn ligaments and puncture wounds from dog bites, knee fractures and torn rotator cuff tears from slip and fall accidents, as well as other types of incidents and injuries.
I take great pride in my reputation for being reliable and successful in getting my clients substantially compensated for their injuries. I offer a heightened level of service, utilizing the latest litigation strategies, tools and technology, so every case is expertly evaluated, litigated and presented to a jury at trial. I maintain constant communication with my clients to ensure every client is informed, well prepared and has all questions answered along the way. I assume full responsibility over a client’s case and relieve them of all the worry that comes with it, which includes coordinating and obtaining coverage of all outstanding medical bills, lost wages and associated employment benefits.
I always go the extra mile for our clients and ensure every client is adequately compensated for their injuries. My entire adult life has been dedicated to serving others. I have a long history of protecting, educating and helping people in a variety of arenas, including personal injury law, foster care, volunteer leadership, charitable fundraising, and other community activities. Serving others is “who I am” and the reason I became a personal injury lawyer.

Phone: 508.232.7790 ext. 136
Catherine Sutton, wife and best friend of attorney Jason T. Sutton, serves as the law firm’s paralegal and office manager. Catherine and Jason’s shared passion for serving others inevitably brought them together at Boston Cares, a non-profit volunteer organization, where they met for the first time serving as volunteer leaders for numerous charity events and volunteer opportunities throughout the Boston area. They have and continue to share business ventures, fun activities in and outside of the legal arena, and enjoy a wonderful family. She enjoys being involved in the public relations, marketing and educational aspects of the firm because of the opportunity to genuinely help, educate and meet with people in need.
Catherine’s incredible love for her country led her to serve in the United States Marine Corps for 6 years as a Legal Administration Clerk, during which time she was stationed at several locations including Japan, New York and California. Her dedication, attention to detail and discipline followed her to the Law Office of Sutton & Sutton, where she has played a key role in the resolution of numerous personal injury claims.
Catherine is an extremely caring and understanding person driven and motivated by her great passion for serving others. She understands and appreciates the needs and difficulties that some people face in life and uses her creative thinking and detail oriented skills to help people with their troubles. Catherine is very enthusiastic to meet new clients and works with them very closely in reaching a favorable resolution to their claims.
